Wynnum’s Port View Estate sells out to the tune of $11.2M

THE last two remaining lots at Wynnum’s Port View Estate have sold for $2,200,000 to a developer looking to build a corporate unit development at 11 and 21 Industry Place.

The final two deals completed the balance of the estate as Ray White Industrial Milton successfully sold and settled all 11 available lots to the tune of $11,200,000.

“There’s been incredibly strong interest in this estate ever since we started marketing the 11 opportunities,” said Ray White Industrial Milton Commercial Principal Stephen Ferguson.

“Land opportunities are now extremely hard to come by in the TradeCoast and there are only a few sites left available.
