Mansfield Office/Warehouse Sold for $1.79 Million
An office/warehouse complex on a substantial industrial block at Mansfield in Brisbane’s south-east has been sold by Ray White Industrial Milton for $1.79 million.
The approximately 1197 sqm facility on a 2060 sqm block at 12 Devlan Street, Mansfield, was sold to an owner-occupier by Ray White Industrial Milton’s David Highman on behalf of a private seller.
“We sold the complex to an owner occupier who’s looking to consolidate and move their business into a larger warehouse,” David Highman said.
“They were attracted to the Mansfield location with its excellent access to all motorways and still within 12km of the Brisbane CBD.”
David Highman said the main building comprised approximately 268 sqm of office space over two levels.
“The clearspan warehouse was approximately 929 sqm and included an office/lunchroom area,” he said.
“The building was accessed by four container height roller doors and featured two 500kg cranes.
“The large property offered ample onsite car parking.”
