Fully leased Woodridge factory snapped up for $1.125M

AN investor has snapped up a fully leased commercial factory for $1.125M following an off-market campaign at 8 Timms Court in Logan City’s suburb of Woodridge.

The multi-tenanted property, that came with a 725sq m* building size and 1,425sq m* land size, was a large mixed-use parcel just off the main road.

The asset was sold by Ray White Industrial Milton Sales/Leasing Executive Lachie Hale.

Mr Hale said a shortage of stock in the market place was making targeted off-market deals more popular in the industrial space.

“We had strong interest from owner occupiers and investors, with the location of the property being a prominent selling point, as well as the potential for future growth,” Mr Hale said.

“Woodridge is highly sought-after by both industrial and retail users, with its proximity to the motorways and logistical access to Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

“The suburb is also home to some of Australia’s biggest names like Officeworks, Bunnings and Honda, to name a few.

“This was an appealing fully leased investment with four tenants in place and two driveways, meaning the ever-popular dual access was included.”
